Order Policy

In case we are unable to manufacture any of the items you have placed an order for, we will contact you either by e-mail or by telephone (if you have provided a telephone number), in order to discuss any modification, correction or cancellation of your order.

If it is not possible to contact you within 2 days of sending your order request, your request will be automatically cancelled and you will need to resend a new request to us.

The dispatch of the products will be carried out according to the delivery schedule of our partner, a courier company.

Shipment Delay

Your order may be delayed for the following reasons:

  • The raw materials have been delayed in being shipped from our supplier. In this case, we will contact you in order to schedule any delivery of the rest of your order, without the product whose raw materials are delayed. This item will be sent to you, immediately, after its manufacture by our workshop.
  • The product you ordered has been discontinued. Among the products exhibited in our online store, there may be changes in their availability due to stock shortages or unannounced withdrawal of raw materials by the supplier. In this case, a representative of our company will contact you directly to propose alternatives.
  • In the event that it becomes impossible to contact you by telephone and / or e-mail (if there is a problem with your order, either in relation to the product or in relation to its payment) due to e.g. incorrect / missing your data registered in the members area.
  • Our company is not responsible for any change in delivery time if it is due to external factors (strikes, unforeseen weather conditions, etc.)
