Shipping Policy
The shipment of the order is carried out by transporting the product(s) ordered by a transport company cooperating with the Company, within 10 working days from the date of confirmation of the order. The shipping costs of the order are borne exclusively by the Customer and depend on the postal code of the order’s shipping address.
- For shipments within Greece, the Customer shall be charged a shipping cost of 4,00 €.
- For shipments within Europe, the Customer is charged with shipping costs of 13,00 €.
- For shipments worldwide, the Customer is charged with shipping costs of 20,00 €.
- For purchases of a total amount of more than 80,00 €, the Customer is not charged with shipping costs within Greece.
- For shipments within Europe, the Customer is not charged with shipping costs for purchases of a total amount of more than 120,00 €.
In case of any significant delay in the shipment of the order on the part of the Company, the Customer will be informed by telephone or e-mail. The Merchant bears no responsibility for the delay and/or non-delivery of an order due to force majeure.
In the event that the data entered by the Customer in his order is incorrect, the Merchant shall not be liable for any non-delivery of the order to the Customer. In case of reshipment of the order, the costs of reshipment shall be covered by the Customer.
